Clark joined DASCO in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing design and construction
efforts. He has more than 25 years of experience in the development and construction of healthcare,
institutional, commercial and residential projects. These projects include medical office buildings
for outpatient care, linear accelerators, cardiovascular care, MRI facilities and long term acute
care hospital. Other commercial projects include a $30,000,000 golf club complex and shopping centers
ranging from $35 million to $125 million.
Development skills utilized through the years have been a combined effort in site acquisition, proforma
preparation and analysis, contract development and negotiation with design consultants, site planning and
design coordination, municipal submittals and presentation, construction and project management and
rehabilitation of existing commercial facilities.
Clark is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a bachelor and masters degree in civil
engineering. He is currently a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and has
completed their Healthcare Contractor’s Certificate Workshop™. |
