Mark joined DASCO and is responsible for overseeing implementation and
management of process and controls for all properties as well as managing all members of the
property management team. He has over twenty years of experience leasing and managing real
estate assets.
Prior to joining DASCO, he served as Vice President of Hammes Company's Healthcare Property
Management Group, and as an Officer and Vice President of Portfolio Management for Lillibridge
Health Trust. Mark has also held the positions of Director of Property Management for Rush University Medical
Center, a major academic medical center in Chicago, and Vice President of Reed Illinois Corporation
where he directed the Healthcare Construction Group.
Mark holds a Masters degree in Business Administration Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. He
received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, Economics and Management from Albion College.
He is a member of American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE); Building Owners and Managers
Association (BOMA) where he has held the offices of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Medical Office Committee; Hospital Engineers
Society of Northern Illinois (HESNI); Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); and Certified
Property Manager (CPM). |
