Gordon SoderlundGordon joined Lend Lease as senior business development executive. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers around the country to introduce the full scope and array of services that Lend Lease can provide.

Prior to joining Lend Lease, he was a managing director of strategic relationships at GE Healthcare Financial Services, meeting with senior executives of some of the country's top 250 healthcare providers to increase their awareness of GE's solutions to meet their financial, operational and clinical needs. Gordon is Green Belt certified, having completed the Six Sigma training, exam and project requirements during his tenure at GE Healthcare Financial Services. During his tenure at GE, and at Heller Financial prior to its acquisitions by GE in 2001, he originated senior secured loans that focused on providing creative financing solutions for medical real estate. While at GE Capital, he also served as an asset manager with responsibilities that included developing, implementing and managing workout strategies for large loan portfolios; performing due diligence on large real estate portfolio acquisitions; and developing new business strategies and products.

Gordon is a CPA and has undergraduate degrees in accounting and production management from Eastern Illinois University. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), where he has served as co-chair for MOB Special Interest Group and Healthcare Facilities Conference
