Gregory R. Moxley

Gregg joined Lend Lease in 2004. He is responsible for project implementation oversight, which includes monitoring the progress, facilitating the coordination and streamlining of development projects through the following processes/phases: legal documentation, entitlement, design & construction, leasing, capital, and property management. Prior to assuming this position, Gregg was Chief Financial Officer for The DASCO Companies. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of Finance of Extended Stay America, Inc., a publicly owned chain of over 470 company owned and operated hotels. While at Extended Stay America, Inc., Gregg worked extensively with the rating agencies and successfully refinanced $1.2 billion in publicly traded debt. He held various positions as a Certified Public Accountant, including Senior Manager, for Ernst & Young.
Gregg received a BS degree in Business — Accounting from Miami University (Ohio). He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, South Carolina Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.
