DASCO Companies Assumes Vero Beach Responsibilities
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — January 5, 2007 - DASCO Companies, a leading national full-service medical real estate companies
headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, assumed management responsibilities for the Vero Medical Suites on December 30,
2006. The 40,000 square foot class "A" medical office building is located across the street from the Indian River Medical
Center (IRMC) in Vero Beach, Florida.
IRMC, the only community, not-for-profit hospital in Indian River County has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years.
Phase One of the Indian River Medical Foundation’s 21st Century Campaign enabled IRMC to create the Emergency Services Pavilion
and Minor Care Center. IRMC also partnered with Duke University Health System to establish The Heart Center, a highly regarded
program that provides a full range of cardiovascular health care services to the residents of Central Florida and the Treasure
Coast. Ongoing capital projects include hurricane preparedness and physical plant improvements. Additionally, IRMC is well known
for its comprehensive cancer program and nationally recognized vascular surgery and orthopedic services.
The two-story medical office building was constructed in 2004 and is currently 100% leased. The building, which includes the
hospital-affiliated physician tenants, is anchored by a major orthopedic group. DASCO will provide the full scope of services
to include property management, asset management, marketing and leasing.
