DASCO Companies Developing Medical Office Building On Site of Future Brentwood Campus
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — January 12, 2004 - DASCO Companies, a national full-service medical
real estate development and acquisition firm, has commenced construction of a 106,000 square foot
medical office facility located on the future campus of John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System's new
Brentwood location. Turner Construction's northern California team will serve as the design builder
with BFHL of San Francisco taking the design lead. When completed in late 2004, the $27,000,000
facility will house Sports Medicine, Imaging, an Ambulatory Surgery Center and a full compliment of
physician offices.
John Muir/Mt. Diablo is a premier healthcare provider in the San Francisco East Bay Area. This facility
represents the first of three phases and is also the first multi-discipline health facility in the
community of Brentwood. The new building is the inaugural step in a strategic initiative for JMMD as
they enter this market. This facility will be the foundation for the future healthcare campus.
