Palm Beach Gardens, FL — January 2006 - DASCO Companies recently assumed management responsibility
for 16 MOP properties owned by CNL Retirement Properties Inc. At more than half million square feet, the
MOP portfolio was acquired by CNL in the spring of 2004, but was managed by different companies throughout
the country. As a national full-service medical real estate firm, DASCO has effectively consolidated services
such as property management, leasing, accounting and oversight of capital improvements. The properties to be
managed by DASCO are located in California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. |
