DASCO Companies Expands Property Management Network in Florida
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — May 7, 2007 - DASCO Companies, a full-service medical real estate firm, recently expanded
its presence in Florida as it assumed management responsibilities for South Lake Memorial Plaza in Clermont. The 67,000
square foot class "A" medical office building is located on the campus of South Lake Hospital, a not-for-profit community
hospital in central Florida.
South Lake Hospital is a 104-bed acute care hospital committed to providing exceptional health care to the south Lake County
community since 1947. The hospital, which is also a tenant in the building, is affiliated with Orlando Regional Healthcare
System (ORHS).
"South Lake Medical Plaza is the eighth property in our managed portfolio that is affiliated with Orlando Regional Healthcare.
