DASCO Companies Continues to Expand Southeast Texas Presence - Cy-Fair Medical Plaza Leased-Up
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — May 22, 2007 - DASCO Companies, LLC, is pleased to announce the opening of the Cy-Fair Medical Plaza in Cy-Fair, Texas. With Memorial Hermann Health System (MHHS) as a partner and building sponsor, the 80,000 square foot facility brings health care services to a fast-growing but underserved area. The new class “A” medical office building, which opened in May 2007 and is now 100 percent leased, includes MHHS’s Outpatient Imaging Center, a full-modality center that uses state-of-the-art technology. With its spa-like environment and wireless access reception area, the new 14,000-square-foot center was designed with the patient in mind.
Kelsey-Seybold, Houston’s largest private multi-specialty physician group, is the anchor tenant and occupies more than 28,000 square feet. With more than 300 physicians providing primary care and specialty care at multiple clinic locations, Kelsey-Seybold is a leader in outpatient care. They serve more than 300,000 patients throughout the greater Houston area.
Other tenants in this state-of-the-art medical office building include Steeplechase Pediatrics and Houston Allergy & Asthma. For the past 23 years Steeplechase Pediatric Center has been a leader in pediatric services in Northwest Houston and offers flexible office hours, including Saturday visits. Established in 1957, Houston Allergy & Asthma Associates is the largest single specialty allergy, asthma and clinical immunology group practice in the Houston area with 15 locations spanning Southeast Texas.

In addition to the Cy-Fair project, DASCO also completed the Memorial Hermann’s Pearland Medical Building which opened in March 2007. DASCO was responsible for all phases of both projects, including design and construction oversight, financing, leasing and also provides ongoing property management services.
