DASCO Announces the Completion of Lakeside Professional Center North
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — June 2005 - DASCO Companies, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of
the Lakeside Professional Center North medical office building. With more than 100,000 square feet, the new,
four-story building offers a state-of-the-art environment for physicians and healthcare providers. The medical
office building, which is already 95% leased, is connected to Alegent Health Lakeside Hospital, the first-full-service
hospital in west Omaha that opened in August 2004. Located at 16909 Lakeside Hills Court, the new medical office
building was created to reflect and complement the hospital’s prairie style-inspired design.
The Lakeside Professional Center North medical office building meets the rapidly expanding medical needs of Douglas
County in west Omaha, particularly the surrounding communities including Elkhorn, Gretna, Valley, Wahoo and Waterloo.
The medical offices within the facility offer a full-range of services, such as primary care physicians, a variety of
specialists and other multiple outpatient services. There is also a retail pharmacy on-site.

Alegent Health is made up of nine acute care hospitals with 1,809 beds. In addition, they have two long-term care
facilities (231 beds), a primary care physician network of more than 40 clinic sites supporting over 125 employed
physician associates and a 900-physician member Physician Hospital Organization.
"The new medical office building connects the entire Lakeside Healthpark campus, from the wellness center to the
hospital, making the delivery of professional healthcare services a convenient continuum of care for patients and

who will be housed in this new area of the Healthpark will further enhance the quality of and access to care available
in western Douglas County."
