DASCO acquires Little Rock MOBS
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — July 2005 - DASCO Companies recently purchased two single-tenant medical
office buildings in Little Rock, Arkansas. With approximately 40,000 SF combined, both properties are
leased by Saint Vincent Health System.
The Family Clinic at Rodney Parham and The Family Clinic-South University Drive have established strong
health care relationships with several generations of Little Rock-area families. The acquisition allows DASCO
to play a role in extending the continuum of medical care for people in these communities.
St. Vincent is a member of Catholic Health Initiatives, a non-profit health system with 69 hospitals; 43
long-term care, assisted and independent living and residential facilities; and five community-based health
organizations located in 19 states. |
