DASCO Companies Announces Acquisitions in Florida
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — August 7, 2007 - DASCO Companies announces the acquisition of Bay Medical Center
Medical Office Building (MOB) and Bay Medical Center Healthplex in Panama City, Florida. The affiliated hospital, Bay
Medical Center, is a 413-bed regional referral center serving a seven county area in the central panhandle of
Florida. Bay Medical has more than 200 physicians on staff representing virtually every medical specialty and a
support staff of more than 2,000 employees.
The MOB is a six-story, 66,000 square foot on-campus building occupied by the hospital and private physicians; it is
100% occupied. The Healthplex is a one-story 80,100 square foot facility occupied by the hospital, private physicians
and related healthcare tenants and is 85% occupied.

prior to the hospital’s bond offering. After our initial discussions with DASCO, we were confident that we would meet

addition of these properties, DASCO manages a total of 14 medical properties totaling nearly 700,000 square feet throughout the state
of Florida. Nationally, DASCO manages a total of 3.5 million square feet of medical properties.
