Mark Johnson Joins DASCO as National Property Management SVP
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — August 18, 2006 - DASCO Companies, a leading healthcare real estate firm,
is pleased to announce that Mark S. Johnson, CPM has joined the company as the Senior Vice President —
National Property Management.
Johnson brings with him more than 20 years experience in the property management industry, including more
than 12 years specializing in health care. He has held a number of executive management positions within
leading healthcare companies, including Rush University Medical Center, Lillibridge Health Trust and Hammes
Company.
"Mark is an exceptionally qualified and highly-respected professional in the medical real estate field. As
the DASCO portfolio continues to expand, his in-depth knowledge of property management will certainly prove

Johnson’s expertise is well-recognized within the industry. He has served as both Chairman (2005—2007) and
Vice Chairman (2003—2005) of BOMA International’s Medical Office Building Group. During his affiliation with
BOMA, he has also authored, presented and lectured on various topics related to medical office management and
healthcare real estate. In addition to being an active BOMA member, Johnson is CPM-designated and is affiliated
with IREM, ASHE and HESNI.
