DASCO and Memorial Hermann Partner on Two New MOBs
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — November 2005 - DASCO Companies and Memorial Hermann Health Systems announce the
development of two new medical office buildings in the Houston area. With approximately 80,000 square feet each,
the projects will bring much-needed medical office space to south Houston, in Pearland, and to the Northwest community
of Cy-Fair. Both projects are on the fast track and are anticipated to open in the summer of 2006. When complete,
the two projects will each house an Ambulatory Surgery Center, an Imaging Center and a full complement of physician
offices.
