DASCO MOB Under Construction in Maryland
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — November 2005 - DASCO Companies was selected by St. Joseph Medical Center to
develop a 60,000 square foot, four-story medical office building in Towson, MD. The new building, prominently
located at the front of St. Joseph's campus, will feature a covered walkway to the parking garage and custom-designed
medical suites.
A significant portion of the building will be occupied by a notable cardiology practice. Additionally, a share of the
building will be dedicated to a cancer center. Presently, cancer services at St. Joseph Medical Center are located in a
number of areas on the hospital campus. The new cancer center will consolidate services into one centralized area, offering
patients easy navigation and efficient access. Suite space is approximately 89 percent committed.
Located about 15 miles north of Baltimore, St. Joseph Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital and a member of the
Catholic Health Initiative system, the second largest Catholic health system in the United States. |
