The portfolio consists of two properties, both located on the campus of San Jacinto
Methodist Hospital in Baytown, TX which is approximately 25 miles east of downtown
Houston on the edge of Galveston Bay. Both buildings have undergone significant
capital improvements since being purchased by DASCO in 2002.
As the area's only not-for-profit, church affiliated hospital, San Jacinto has doubled
its volume in the past six years, with approximately 70% of those receiving hospital
services in this area receiving their care at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. |
