PROVENA HEALTH PORTFOLIO

The Provena Health portfolio of three properties helped contribute to DASCO's
presence in the Midwest. The portfolio was marketed through a formal RFP process.
While DASCO was not the highest bidder on this transaction, Provena felt that DASCO
was the right real estate partner to handle the lease-up and management of this
portfolio. The buildings include centers for Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehab,
Occupational Health and Pharmacies. DASCO is currently working with Provena to
develop additional facilities on both the Mercy Center and St. Joseph Hospital
campuses. |
