DASCO had been selected for the development of a new medical office building on
the campus of St. Joseph East. The hospital was so pleased with DASCO'S handling
of physicians through the marketing and leasing phases of the project that they
decided to bypass an RFP process and began negotiation with DASCO for the sale
of this 42,400 square foot MOB located on the same campus. DASCO continued to
market the new facility and to "back-fill" the newly acquired facility. |
