Saint Vincent Health System recognized the need to continue funding their core
business of healthcare - and asked DASCO to purchase these two single-tenant
medical office buildings in Little Rock, Arkansas. With approximately 40,000 square feet
combined, both properties are leased by Saint Vincent Health System.
The Family Clinic at Rodney Parham and The Family Clinic-South University Drive have
established strong health care relationships with several generations of Little Rock-area
families.
The acquisition by DASCO allows the hospital to continue to extend their continuum of care
to the people in these communities. |
