DASCO acquired the 217,500 square foot portfolio of seven medical office buildings
in July 2002. The transaction was complex due to the different ownership
interests (fee simple, ground lease and condominium interests) and multiple
campus and off-campus locations. It is also interesting to note that DASCO was
not the highest bidder; we were actually #3. We were chosen based on our
reputation for building and nurturing relationships with hospitals and their
physicians. |
