IASIS had leased The Birth Place, a birthing center attached to their Southwest
General Hospital in San Antonio, TX, from a third party owner. That owner was
trying to sell the facility to an entity who was not willing to renovate and expand it.
IASIS then put the property under contract and assigned the contract to DASCO.
As planned, DASCO expeditiously completed the purchase and provided capital for the
much needed expansion of the facility. |
