Memorial Hermann acquired 25 acres of property in Northwest Houston as part of a new market expansion strategy.
DASCO was chosen to develop an 80,000 square foot facility which includes a full-modality Outpatient Imaging
Center and physician office space.
DASCO participated in the initial planning stages. The space acquired was a greenfield site, allowing DASCO
to provide input into MOB integration and future hospital placement on the site and to provide feedback on
preliminary schematics. Consideration was given to future access, parking, utility location, easements, storm
water drainage, etc.
The project was completed in 2006. DASCO was responsible for all phases of the project — design and construction
oversight, financing, leasing — and now provides management services. |
