St. Francis has been the leading health care provider in Greenville since 1932. The hospital system now includes
St. Francis downtown, St. Francis eastside and coming soon, St. Francis millennium, a new 64-acre campus that is
currently in development.
The state-of-the-art medical office building will be dedicated exclusively to the practice of medicine
and related services. The four-story, 103,000 square foot facility features a diverse collection of
health care services, including urgent care, diagnostic imaging, sleep lab, cardiac rehabilitation and a
full-floor cardiology practice.
St. Francis turned to DASCO to help get the job going quickly. The project is fast-tracked and opened on schedule June 2009
DASCO was responsible for all aspects of the development including design and construction management,
financing, leasing and now provides property management services. |
