When HMA decided to move forward with a medical office building on the campus of
Central Mississippi Medical Center, they chose DASCO to develop the 44,500 square
foot facility. The off-balance-sheet transaction allows the hospital to maintain
control over services and tenants. Some of the physician practices include
neurosurgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, endocrinology and vascular surgery.
DASCO was responsible for all aspects of the project including: financing, development,
construction management, leasing and property management. |
