River Oaks Hospital, one of the premiere facilities in the Health Management Associates’ network of hospitals, is located in the heart of Jackson, Mississippi. As the hospital
went forward with their recruitment program, they uncovered a growing need for Class A
medical office space. DASCO’s development of the 45,700 square foot project, which is
located directly on the hospital campus, assisted the hospital in satisfying this new
need as well as the need of existing practices to expand services. DASCO was responsible
for all aspects of the project, including: financing, development, construction management,
leasing and property management. |
