DASCO was selected through a national search process undertaken by Community Health Systems,
Inc. As a result of their previous experience with our firm, CHS knew they would be able to
find the flexibility and creativity needed to tailor this 72,200 square foot project to meet
the market preference for ownership. Faced with the challenge of sharing the limited
construction resources with the hospital, DASCO was still able to deliver the completed
building in time to coincide with the opening of the replacement hospital. The facility
includes Outpatient Physical and Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Medical Supplies as well
as Physician Offices. DASCO was responsible for the development, financing, construction
management, leasing and property management of the project. |
