DASCO had completed the campus plans for a new 36,700 square foot medical
office building on this hospital campus in one of the fastest growing counties
in Florida, when there was a change in hospital owner/operator. We were able
to completely remodel the plans to satisfy the preferences of the new ownership.
We were also able to successfully work with the physicians to facilitate their
transition to the new plan. DASCO's responsibilities included all aspects of the
project, from design oversight and construction oversight to financing, leasing,
through to property management. |
