Deaconess Hospital owned almost 65 acres on the east side of town and sought a developer
to partner with them in the development of a 75,000 square foot medical office building
on their new campus. It was important to integrate this facility with the new hospital,
physical plant and cardiology center of excellence wing.
DASCO was chosen to develop this building which was completed in late 2005. DASCO was
responsible for all phases of the project, design and construction oversight, financing,
leasing, and also provides management services. |
