DASCO Provides Services to Medical Office Properties Portfolio

LAKESIDE HEALTHPARK CAMPUS
Omaha, NE
Alegent Health, an integrated comprehensive system of health services,
selected DASCO to develop a 97,300 square foot medical office building
on their Lakeside HealthPark Campus. DASCO worked closely with the CEO
and physician relations staff to recruit top groups in the area.
The new facility is connected to the new 77-bed acute-care hospital. DASCO
worked with the hospital to design a medical office building that complements
the new hospital but was still cost effective.
Alegent is currently operating a 119,000 square foot integrated outpatient
and wellness facility on this campus.
DASCO was responsible for all aspects of the project, including design and
construction oversight, financing, leasing, and now provides property management
services. |
