The new Parker Adventist Hospital opened in January 2004 in the rapidly growing Denver suburb of
Parker. The 83,600 square foot medical office building is attached directly to the hospital and
takes advantage of a shared main entry. It is also connected by interior bridges on three levels.
The MOB includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Women’s Health Center and physician offices.
DASCO was responsible for all phases of development — design and construction oversight, financing,
marketing, leasing and management of the facility. |
