St. Joseph Medical Center wanted to add medical office space to their campus and
called upon DASCO to develop a site plan for a very congested part of the campus.
DASCO, working with local design professionals, developed a solution that worked
well for the hospital and was well received by the physician community.
The 64,000 square foot facility, completed in the fourth quarter of
2006, includes an Oncology Center with 2 Vaults, a major Cardiology Group, Lab and
various physician practices.
DASCO was responsible for all phases of the project - design and construction
oversight, financing, leasing and also provides management services. |
