Parker Professional Building II
Parker, CO
Parker Professional Building II is DASCO’s second medical office building (MOB) on the campus of
Parker Adventist Hospital. The four-story, 80,000 square foot Parker II MOB will complement Parker
I and the award-winning architectural design of the hospital. Plans call for a skywalk with
climate-controlled connector access to the second floor.
Noted for clinical excellence, the hospital has experienced tremendous growth. With Parker I fully
leased since 2005, the hospital will now be able to meet the increase in demand for physician offices
and expanded care services.
DASCO is responsible for all phases of development - design and construction oversight, financing,
marketing, leasing and management of the facility. |
