DASCO Provides Services to Medical Office Properties Portfolio

PORTNEUF north MEDICAL CENTER

Portneuf Medical Center (PMC), a county-owned acute and long-term care facility, is continuing
the consolidation of their hospital campuses to a new state-of-the-art campus on the east side
of town. DASCO’s first project with PMC, a 76,000 square foot South Medical Office Building,
was completed in winter 2007.
Groundbreaking for the North Medical Office Building is projected for August 2008. Plans for the
three-story, 66,000 square foot structure include a covered patient drop-off and easy access to
the hospital’s resources.
Services on the second and third floors will include a surgeon group and physical therapy and an
ambulatory surgery center. The first floor will be occupied by members of PMC’s award winning
orthopedic program, who recently ranked best in the region and within the state’s top five for
overall orthopedic services, joint replacement surgery and spine surgery. The building is projected
to be completed in winter 2009.
DASCO will be responsible for all phases of the project - design and construction oversight,
financing, leasing - and will also provide management services. |
