Simi Valley Hospital is experiencing tremendous growth. The hospital recently embarked on a
plan to improve the delivery of health care by adding a Patient Care Tower and expanding
physician space and health care services.
DASCO was selected to help Simi Valley Hospital develop a new medical office building (MOB)
and expand the existing structure. DASCO’s proposed design modifications will increase operational
efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
During the Request for Proposal process for the development of the MOB, DASCO offered creative and
innovative ideas that significantly changed the dynamics of the project yet maintained Simi’s vision
for the facility.
The Aspen Medical Office Building and Expansion Project will add a 44,000 square foot, class “A” MOB
that will connect to the existing Aspen Outpatient Surgery Center and the Nancy Reagan Breast Center.
DASCO is responsible for all aspects of the development including design and construction management,
financing, and leasing. |
