Memorial Hermann acquired 25 acres of property in Northwest Houston as part of a new market expansion strategy. Lend Lease was chosen to develop an 80,800 square foot facility which includes a full-modality Outpatient Imaging Center and physician office space.

Lend Lease participated in the initial planning stages. The space acquired was a greenfield site, allowing Lend Lease to provide input into MOB integration and future hospital placement on the site and to provide feedback on preliminary schematics. Consideration was given to future access, parking, utility location, easements, storm water drainage, etc.

Lend Lease’s scope of services include managing the development process, design and construction oversight, financing, marketing and leasing, document preparation, submission and permitting.
