Deaconess Hospital owned almost 65 acres on the east side of town and sought a developer to partner with them in the development of a 80,000 square foot medical office building on their new campus. Already on site were a Women’s Center, an Outpatient Cancer Center and an Imaging Center. It was important to integrate the new facility with the existing buildings and the new hospital, physical plant and cardiology center of excellence wing. The challenge for the hospital was the placement of the new facilities to allow for ease of access to all buildings on the expanded hospital campus. Lend Lease was instrumental in helping the hospital work through the final site planning process.

Lend Lease was responsible for all phases of the project, including design and construction oversight, financing and leasing.
