HealthSouth turned to Lend Lease as a financial partner for the development of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Petersburg, a 40-bed state-of-the-art comprehensive acute medical rehabilitation hospital. Located in historic Petersburg, Virginia, this 42,000 square foot facility will serve patients throughout Central Virginia.

In addition to owning the facility, Lend Lease also provided construction management and monitoring services. The new hospital was completed in 2006.
