Alegent Health, an integrated comprehensive system of health services, selected Lend Lease to develop a 103,000 square foot medical office building on their Lakeside HealthPark Campus. The new facility is connected to the new 77-bed acute-care hospital. Lend Lease worked with the hospital to design a cost-effective medical office building that complements the new hospital. Lend Lease also worked closely with the CEO and physician relations staff to recruit top groups in the area.

Lend Lease was responsible for all aspects of the project, including design and construction oversight, financing and leasing.
