Lend Lease was selected through a national search process undertaken by Community Health Systems, Inc. As a result of their previous experience with our firm, CHS knew they would be able to find the flexibility and creativity needed to tailor this 80,700 square foot project to meet the market preference for ownership. Faced with the challenge of sharing the limited construction resources with the hospital, Lend Lease was still able to deliver the completed building in time to coincide with the opening of the replacement hospital. The facility includes Outpatient Physical and Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Medical Supplies as well as Physician Offices. Lend Lease was responsible for the development, financing, construction management and leasing of the project.
