CHRISTUS St. John Hospital, continuing its commitment to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Clear Lake/Nassau Bay community, recognized the value in providing patients and physicians a cost effective, convenient and safe alternative for outpatient surgery. When it came time to implement plans for a new Ambulatory Surgery Center, CHRISTUS turned to Lend Lease, knowing we would be able to not only finance the project but to also work successfully with the physicians they desired to have on campus. In addition to the ASC, the 49,700 square foot facility houses a Sports Medicine Center. Lend Lease was responsible for the development, financing, construction management and leasing of the property.
