In May 2007, IASIS Healthcare, the parent company of Odessa Regional, purchased Alliance Hospital, and combined the resources to establish Odessa Regional Medical Center (ORMC). Prior to the merger, Lend Lease had been selected to develop a class "A" medical office building that complemented the quickly expanding campus. In June 2007, Lend Lease and hospital officials broke ground on the 40,000 square foot facility, which was completed in 2008. The two-story facility, which is connected to the hospital, provides both convenience and accessibility to ORMC's resources.

IASIS Healthcare is a privately held, community focused company, founded in 1999. DASCO has teamed with IASIS on other projects, including The BirthPlace at Southwest General Hospital in San Antonio, TX.

Lend Lease is responsible for all aspects of the development, including design and construction management, financing, marketing and leasing, and will provide property management.
