As part of their new market expansion strategy in the Houston area, Memorial Hermann acquired 27 acres in the newly emerging community of Pearland. Lend Lease was chosen to develop the 80,800 square foot facility which includes a full-modality Imaging Center and physician offices. The project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Lend Lease worked with the Memorial Hermann to coordinate the placement of the new project to complement the master plan. We suggested modifications for plan improvements which allowed for more efficient placement of a future hospital and additional MOBs. Consideration was given to future access, parking, utility location, easements, storm water drainage, etc.

Lend Lease was responsible for all phases of the project - design and construction oversight, financing, leasing - and now provides management services.
