River Oaks Hospital, one of the premiere facilities in the Health Management Associates' network of hospitals, is located in the heart of Jackson, Mississippi. As the hospital went forward with their recruitment program, they uncovered a growing need for Class A medical office space. Lend Lease's development of the 48,000 square foot project, which is located directly on the hospital campus, assisted the hospital in satisfying this new need as well as the need of existing practices to expand services. Lend Lease was responsible for all aspects of the project, including: financing, development, construction management and leasing.
