Saint Joseph East, located in a growth market in Lexington, recognized a need for additional office space on their campus. Fortunately the hospital had completed site work for the entire project which allowed Lend Lease to commit additional dollars to the design and construction of the facility. This made it possible to maintain the unique aesthetics of the hospital building without negatively impacting the economics of the MOB project. Upon completion, the 80,000 square foot building housed a Women's Center complete with boutique, as well as Physical Rehab and Imaging.

Lend Lease was responsible for all phases of the project's design and construction oversight, financing and leasing.
