Lend Lease had completed the campus plans (building design, site selection, project structure, etc.) for a new facility on the hospital campus, when there was a change in hospital owner/operator. We were able to completely remodel the plans to satisfy the preferences of the new ownership. We were also able to successfully work with the physicians to facilitate their transition to the new plan. The off-balance-sheet transaction allowed the hospital to maintain control over services and tenants. The 39,000 square foot medical office building houses physician practices which include neurosurgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, endocrinology and vascular surgery.

Lend Lease was responsible for all aspects of the project including financing, development, construction management and leasing.
