Parker Adventist Hospital, which sits on a 40-acre campus at the southeast corner of South Parker Road and E-470 in Parker, Colorado, features a Level III trauma center, full-service surgical suites, full diagnostic, cardiac and imaging and services, among other features. It opened in February 2004 with 58 beds and quickly expanded to 100 beds by November 2005. In addition to being a nationally recognized leader in health care, Parker Adven­tist has received numerous health care architectural design awards.

The Sierra Medical Office Building is Lend Lease’s second medical office building (MOB) on the campus. This state-of-the-art four-story medical office building offers patients, physicians and associates access to expanded services that include: diagnostic imaging, laboratory, out-patient rehabilitation, dermatology, oncology, internal medicine, pediatrics and neurosurgery. The 80,000 square foot building complements DASCO’s first MOB on campus (The Alpine) and the award-winning architectural design of the hospital. Access to the hospital is facilitated by an elevated skywalk that opens to the second floor.

Lend Lease’s scope of services include managing the development process, design and construction oversight, financing, marketing and leasing, document preparation and submission, permitting, ongoing property management.
