ASSET CONVERSION
DASCO offers an Asset Conversion Program that helps providers free up and redeploy
their own capital resources. This program not only unlocks capital to further develop a
provider's core business, but also stabilizes and enhances physicians' relations. Under
this program, providers sell their medical office and outpatient facilities to a partnership
created and managed by DASCO. Special provisions within the sale agreements, ground leases
and partnership documents ensure that providers maintain appropriate controls over the use of
the facilities on a long-term basis.
